Returns (PANDORA only)

A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Returns are made according to the original method of payment. If a card was used, the card must be present at the time of return or a credit will be issued. At this time we only accept returns on PANDORA merchandise only. All other jewelry items are eligible for exhange only.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any items purchased from any of our locations. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any PANDORA items purchased at other PANDORA stores or retailers may be eligible for exchange but would be carried out at our discretion. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Lost Receipt

A receipt valid within 30 days of purchase must be presented to receive a full refund. An exchange without a receipt would be carried out at our discretion.

Warranty

PANDORA Jewelry Warranty

All PANDORA jewelry products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Wearing counterfeit or non-PANDORA charms can damage PANDORA bracelets and will void the warranty. PANDORA will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been used with non-PANDORA products. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your PANDORA product. These types of chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

Watch Warranty

Black Crown Diamond watches from PANDORA are designed to ensure low maintenance and have a long life expectancy, as do their batteries, which last up to six years. These watches come with a 3 year international warranty.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by accidents, mishandling, improper or abusive use (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.) or use of batteries other than those specified by PANDORA. The crystal, crown, strap and/or bracelet are excluded from the warranty.

Scott Kay Jewelry Warranty

Scott Kay jewelry are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufactures defect. For the lifetime of your jewelry, Scott Kay offers the complimentary Spa Care Treatment for each Scott Kay design purchased and will be restored to its original brilliance. Each piece will be cleaned, polished, and checked to see that all stones are tight, as they were in its original condition. For white gold items, a fresh rhodium finish is applied. The Scott Kay Spa Care Treatment does not cover any lost stones, or damages other than that from normal everyday wear. In the event that additional work is recommended, an estimate will be provided. While the Spa Care Treatment is complimentary, shipping and insurance are not covered. The Scott Kay Spa Care Treatment is suggested annually.

Scott Kay offers a lifetime cobalt size exchange policy in case a customer may need a different size.

What do I do if my jewelry is lost or stolen?

Warranties do not cover lost or stolen items. Insurance coverage is advisable on all valuable jewelry.
